Christmas is a time for sharing and caring. Where I live, it seems to be a time for drama and loss of friendships.

It seems like people are attention whores because they have to say stuff like you’re a “Sad Excuse for Life.” and a “Real Fucking BITCH.”

Remember when you were younger, and during December you HAD to be nice or else Santa won’t come? Why can’t those rules apply to now?

why is it that when you find someone you can’t help but think about you get so stupid around them? everything they do just makes your heart drop down and you get butterflies in your stomach.

the sign of hope that maybe just maybe they could be the person you’ve been looking for? the fact that you’re glowing when the slightest thing triggers a thought of the person.

but, then there is the sign of devastation. the feeling that you’re wasting your time impressing someone who probably thinks of you as nothing more then a friend. the fact your friends are saying “you would be such a cute couple” when they could be saying that just to make you feel better about the situation.

why can’t everything go the way you want it, and not have to wait for it.
